I have seen "Invitations In A bottle" elsewhere, they have quoted a cheaper price, can you match it?
Although we pride our selves in being Australia's first home of the "invitation in a bottle" others have
also found it to be a great idea. If you have received a quote for "invitations in a bottle" from any
other supplier in Australia, we will endeavor to match that price. However through our experience most other places do not make the invitations or assemble them the same as we do.. so we will only be able to match prices if the other quote is for the same products.
What Payment Methods do you offer?
e accept PayPal as our main method, mostly because it is secure but also because it is easy.

Are the invitation bottles strong enough to post?
Our invitation bottles are very strong. The plastic bottles are the best for postage as they will definately not break.
The glass bottles are a very durable thick glass and we chose them especially with postage in mind.
How much is it to post the "invitation in a bottle"?
Australia Post will deliver any parcel under 500g for a flat rate of $6.80 (Postage charges as of March 2013)
It is best to hand deliver as many as you can and send large numbers in one parcel to a relative interstate who can hand deliver some for you.
This will save you on postage expenses.
Do I need extra packaging to post the "invitation in a bottle"?
Although each invite comes in its own box, we suggest that each one is sent in a small padded post bag, this keeps the box from being damaged or the bottle being squashed by larger parcels. We also offer mailing tubes which can be purchased instead of the boxes, these tubes are specifically made to fit the glass bottles snuggly. (We do not have postage tubes to fit the plastic bottles)
Can you paint something unique just for me?
Unfortuantley we no longer hand paint our glass bottles for unique orders, in fact once what we have in stock runs out we will be removing them from our range completely.
Can you guarantee delivery on a specific date?
We can guarantee that your order will be posted on a specific day, if your order is required by a specific date, we suggest you order in time to accommodate enough travel time. We prefer to use express post or a courier, as your parcel is then insured and traceable.
Do you take orders from outside of Australia?
We certainly do! We have had many orders over the years from the UK, USA and Canada.
We are happy to take orders from anywhere within the world.
Can you print invitations in languages other than english?
YES! We can, obviously we wont understand what it says. But if you provide us with the wording we can print up invitations in other languages.
We can even do half in english and half in your other language. Additional set up fee's will be charged for this service.
Are the Sand & Shells ok to send internationally, through customs?
We have sent many orders internationally and never had a problem with customs.
However bottles with Gum Nuts/Lavendar/Rose Petals can not be sent internationally.
What will happen if the bottle is broken?
All care is taken to ensure that your order is wrapped and packaged securely, if you have chosen for your order to travel with a courier service, they provide us with an insurance to cover damage in transit. If you have chosen for your order to be sent with Australia Post who do not offer a fragile service.
All Bottled Up will take no responsabilty for lost or damaged items sent with australia post.
I don't know what to write? Can you help me with wording?
We certainly can help with this, when starting your stationary you might find it a bit daunting.
We have PDF downloads available on our Helpful Hints page which can help you to get started.
If you cant find what you want there, I will happily help you with wordings.
Can you discount your prices?
Our products already represent great value for money, in fact we have not had a price rise on our DIY bottles since opening for business almost a decade ago.
We do offer a bulk discount on DIY Bottles, this discount will be automatically added at the checkout.
Will I see my invites before they go to print?
YES! Most defiantely! A draft will be sent through via email for you to check over closely before we go to print.
Please be sure to check all spelling, dates, times and addresses carefully as once we recieve your draft back there is no turning back.
Can you post my Invitations directly to my guests?
NO, I am sorry.
We don't send them directly to your guests, we prefer for our customers to have the opportunity to view each invitation before they are given to your guests.
When will you send my Mini Message?
Mini Message will be sent next day (Mon - Fri) or if the order is received early enough, we can sometimes do same day postage.
I have seen a paper that I like somewhere else and it's not on your website, can you get it?
Although we stock a large range we don't always have what you have in mind,
let us know what it is you are after and we will endeavor to get it especially for you.
I want to order a sample before placing my full order?
We do offer samples, these can be purchased for a minimal charge to cover product and postage. Please contact us for more information.
Do you have a minimum order?
No we do not have a minimum order. We understand that all events are different, some may only need 10 invites and some may need 200.
When is payment of my order due?
Due to our products being a very personalised service no work will begin on your order, including no drafts will be sent through until FULL payment is recieved.
